Michelle holds her brush in her mouth between daubs. I guess it helps keep the bristles together, but it reminds me of the kid in kindergarten who ate library paste.
I often reshape the tip of a brush in my mouth, usually when there's no pigment in the brush, but not always, because sometimes I forget. (My watercolor paints are honey based, but dont taste like honey!)
Holy Cats!! That's beyond chilly!!! Time to grab the cat(s) and head south!

DeleteWe had a heatwave over night here, up to 11° when I got up. Yes, that would be hard to paint in temps like that.
